People have asked me lately, "ALICIA ARE YOU CRAZY?"
My answer is, "I dream BIG!"

Animals have always had a way of gaining my full attention, pulling strongly on my heart and mind. The unconditional love they offer, in a world that often seems to give so little never fails to reach me on a very deep level. Companionship without complications.... There is fullness in our time spent with our pets that lends moments of gentle joy to our lives. We share conversations without words that leave us, somehow, feeling more understood and at peace. As an artist, I am drawn to them for inspiration and try to express these feelings in the pieces I create.

This is why I am in the works of developing my dream. A Kindness Garden. Bringing my large sculptures into a garden setting. A place to relax, reflect and become inspired. Everyone can make changes in their lives to help those around them. I am compelled to help the animals I love and often draw or sculpt.

So you ask where will this garden be? I don't know... But, I know once I start building they will come.
